I've always been a fan of great design work from the 1950-70's; such as works from the Bauhaus. Simple shapes and colours, suggestive and emotive. I've tried to create these animated experiments, with a design aesthetic that also study human perception of reality, space and colour.
Also, after staring at these for so long whilst making them, i feel the urge to throw-up.

They make me think of a weird interface for a website or somesuch. Oh you crazy ah-tists!
